Who we are

Pak-Man ERP is operated by Pak-Man Packaging & Supply Co. in Houston, Texas for its business operations. The current staging application is being rebuilt and is for authorized staff testing.

Information and purpose

The current foundation uses staff account information and login sessions to control access. Future modules will handle customer, product, order, delivery and payment records for Pak-Man operations. This policy will be updated as those features become available.

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online synchronization is temporarily unavailable in this foundation. No accounting data is requested or posted by the replacement application. Existing authorization granted to the previous application can be managed in QuickBooks Online under connected apps.

Protection and providers

The hosted application uses HTTPS and password-protected accounts. Render provides application hosting and database services. Cloudflare R2 is configured for future file storage. Information may be processed by these providers to operate the system. Pak-Man does not sell this information.

Cookies and retention

Essential cookies support login sessions, request security and language preferences. Business records are retained as needed for operations and accounting; staging test data may be removed during development.
